Palomino/Chardonnay (skin-contact) Pet Nat
NRG sat on the skins for 24 hours before being pressed. It was then aged in stainless steel tanks until it was nearly fermented dry. The wine was bottled non-disgorged to give it a lively haziness. A salty, mineral-driven pet-nat with notes of pear.
