A delicate reduction on the nose, beeswax, baked apple, quince jelly, grapefruit zest, as well as floral nuances, wonderfully complex. A polished texture on the palate, juicy, slightly full-bodied for only 11.5% alcohol by volume, the fresh acidity goes perfectly with the delicate phenolic, light tea or herbal spiciness, long.
