ZINCK PINOT NOIR – TERROIR

Organic farming since 2011 and Biodynamic since 2018, the priority at Zinck vineyards is to showcase what happens in the vineyard while being good stewards of the land. The Terroir Pinot Noir tells the unique story of what happens in the vineyard, not in the winery. Complex flavours balanced with natural acidity, moderate alcohol and fine tannins. This is a Pinot Noir for discerning palates and novices alike. Pair with lean roasted beef, eggplant, braised chicken, duck breast or roasted turkey.
