PARAJES DEL VALLE MONASTRELL ORGANIC

A new certified organic project from Maria, the 28 year old winemaker producing fresh and elegant wines from 80-100 year old vines in Jumilla. Not the typical heavy, dense wines you’d expect from this region. Vines 40-50 years old. 10 months in oak. A bright, creamy, medium bodied red with dusty ripe cherries that’s full flavoured and juicy. Pair with braised meats, lamb shank and rich stews.
