MAISON LOUIS JADOT MEURSAULT

Meursault is a white wine with a nose of yellow-fleshed fruits, hawthorn and jasmine, toasted and vanilla.

A round, delicious mouthfeel with lots of substance on a long and juicy finish.

This wine is fermented in barrels then aged in oak barrels for 15 to 18 months. The harvest is done by hand in small boxes in order to keep all of the grapes. The fruits are then gently pressed and then fermented in mostly new barrels. Aging lasts approximately 15 months on fine lees before preparation for bottling.
