GABRIO BINI ONDA

Gabrio Bini is a cult-favourite natural winemaker based on the island of Pantelleria, just off the coast of Sicily. His wines are aged in Amphora and left unfined and unfiltered, with no additions.

This RARE Onda wine is his second vintage of 100% Syrah, which is an unusual grape to find on the island. We hear it’s got silky spice, as well as volcanic minerality and herbs. Onda is named after his dog.

As with all Gabrio Bini wines, aged in amphora buried in the vineyards and with no added sulphur. JUST 600 bottles made
