We love this wine & a new vintage has landed! A Rosso di Montalcino intended as Brunello’s younger brother, coming from the same vineyards that are declassified.
A wide range of fresh fruits — cherry, red berries mingle with secondary aromas (from the barrel of licorice and wood. These are balanced together with firm but silky tannins that will ensure a long and beautiful evolution to this little baby Brunello.
Pairing: ragus, lasagna, cured meats, roasted vegetables, game and truffle with mushroom dishes
