A long-time family favourite for us. This wine offers enticing aromas of red fruits, blackberry, and spice, complemented by bright acidity. It exhibits a mineral complexity that adds depth to its character. Easy drinking, yet interesting for everyday of the week! Very versatile food wine and a tremendous example of Gamay’s potential in the Okanagan.
Pairing: pork dishes and lamb on the grill.
