Sebastiano Jasci was one of the earliest Italian wineries to adopt organic farming techniques. With the help of his wife, Lucia Marchesani, Sebastiano started by selling wines exclusively to the locals near the town. He would load up the wines into their little truck and deliver everything himself. Eventually they were joined by their sons Ludovico and Nicola, who manage the winery today.

This wine has rich but delicate fruity nose with aromas of peaches and stone fruit that find a balance with nutty flavours and a never ending finish.
