An aromatic dry wine with notes of lychee, rose petals and ripe stone-fruit along with smoky tropical notes on a crisp and flavourful palate. Fabulous pairing wine and so lovely on it’s own as well.
Pairings: Asian inspired cuisines like Szechuan chicken, Thai red duck curry, lamb curry, or Singapore noodles, roasted chicken, grilled bratwurst, lamb, or pork lion with peaches. Try it with vegetables that are sweeter when roasted like yam, squash, red pepper, and onions.
