Born from the Friendship of Francois Xavier Barc and Gerald Vallee in 2010. Francois Xavier Barc brings extensive experience of winemaking; while Gerald Vallee is the fourth generation of winegrowers in Saint Nicolas de Bourgueil. Made from grapes harvested from vineyards planted to sandy soils, this is a classic rendition of Loire Valley Sauvignon Blanc. It carries a fusion of white peach, grapefruit, gooseberry and thyme with just a hint of grassiness
