Charlotte and Christopher Cannan bought 10 hectares of vineyards in the municipality of Gratallops in 1997 with the intention of starting their personal project under the name of Clos Figueras and obtaining the purest essence of this Catalan wine-growing area. Today, their combination of passion for the property and skill in the cellar sets these wines above the rest.
Aromas of ripe green and white fruits, wild flowers, herbs and hints of dried herbs. On the palate it is vibrant, young and balanced with a fruity mid-palate and a round finish.
Pairings: pizza, seafood, light fish, spicy dishes, vegetables, light/soft cheese
