50% Chardonnay, 50% Clairette

Chardonnay aged in barrels and the Clairette in stainless steel vats for 6 months. White peach, pear, citrus peel and aromas of brioche emerge from this complex white. Medium-bodied, this concentrated white has an elegant minerality.

Pairing: This wine is perfect to accompany fish, white meat, cheese or simply as an aperitif.
