The active volcanic soil, clearly leaves its mark on the unique wines of Pietradolce. This wine is from pre-phylloxera vineyards between 90 and 130 years old. A delicate, floral and structured white wine with notes of grapefruit, pineapple, Sicilian lemon and herbs; fresh, lightly creamy, mineral laden with a very long finish. Decant to enjoy now or hold 15 years.
Lovely acidity and great minerality are characteristics of terrain (Milo), which is undoubtedly the best for Etna whites.
Pairings: Shellfish, light fish dishes, seafood salad
