This gem opens with fruity aromas leading to a dry, medium-bodied, crisp palate with bright fruit notes, fresh-picked flowers, stone fruits minglesd with hints of honey and minerals. One of our favouite white wines! At just 12.3% alcohol, organic and with the ability to age up to 10 years.

Pairings: fish, white-meat dishes or a nice goat cheese.
