MARNES BLANCHES MONKEY WHITE

This side project was started by Géraud after several incredibly small harvests in the Jura. He sources organic grapes from his friends in other regions and vinifies them into playful wines. This cuvée comes from old vine Auxerrois & Pinot Blanc planted on limestone in Alsace. The grapes were whole cluster pressed into neutral barrel for fermentation and a ten-month élevage
