One of the most appreciated and awarded white wines in Italy, grown on vines over 60 years old. A delicious and aromatic whte that is unique — perfumed, cedar, dried fruits, nutty and aromas of white pepper gives way to ginger, marzipan, apricots, crushed green apple and dusty florals. It’s silky and textural, savoury with a salty mineral notes with raw almond lingering on the long-lasting, mouthwatering finish. Drink now or hold up to 7 years (ages beautifully!)

Pairings: seafood dishes, oysters on the shell, grilled lemon-pepper chicken, cauliflower pasta, antipasta and sweet cheeses.
