ALTA ALELLA PANSA BLANCA

Pansa Blanca, or Xarel-lo, is best known as one of the primary grapes used to produce Cava, but in the past decade we have begun to see it used as a single variety for still wines. And what amazing wines it can produce! Young (as this wine is) and crisp with a great mineral base and clean notes of white flower and apple. It’s well-rounded and balanced. Refreshing and friendly.
