AMYNTAS NYMPHAEA AMYNTAION PDO ROSE XIN

Nymphaea PDO Amyntaion is a refined dry rosé wine, made exclusively from the iconic Xinomavro grape variety, grown in the cool, mountainous region of Amyntaio, Macedonia.

This rosé is a true testimony to the elegance and unique character that Xinomavro can offer in a lighter and more floral expression.

It has a bright pale pink color with salmon highlights. On the nose, it is delicate and complex, with aromas of wild strawberries, rose petals, fresh cherries and a hint of citrus. Flavors of red berries and citrus are harmoniously balanced by lively acidity, continuing into an elegant and lingering finish.

It goes perfectly with summer and Mediterranean cuisine: grilled fish, fresh salads, vegetable dishes, Greek mezze (tzatziki, dolmadakia) or even soft cheeses. It also goes well with aperitifs.
