CERETTO LANGHE MONSORDO ROSSO

Grapes: Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah

Wines were aged separately in wood and then blended in varying percentages depending on the year. Monsordo is a wine with a relatively modern character, able to express the characteristics of its component
varieties but also strongly influenced by the Langa terroir: an international wine but with a distinctly Piedmontese
accent. Rich, velvety and bold with intensely layered notes of dark fruits and savoury with balanced acidity and a long satisfying finish. Drink now or hold 6-8 years.

Pairings: ragu pastas, sausages, short ribs, mushroom risotto, grilled steak, aged and spicy cheeses
