CHAMPAGNE BARON FUENTE ROSE DOLORES

From a complex blend of all three Champagne grape varieties (Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier), this superb rosé is named in honor of Gabriel Baron’s wife, Dolorès Fuentes, who hailed from Andalusia. It is fresh and warm-bodied; the color reflects the pale hue of rose petals. The youthful bouquet offers aromas of fresh red and black berries with a hint of creamy biscuit. The finish is fruity and long with a delicate richness. This rosé Champagne makes an elegant aperitif but pairs especially well with delicate fruit-laced desserts such as macarons with cassis or a fresh berry tart.
