CHATEAU DOISY DAENE 2022

Yellow colour with green reflections. Very aromatic, fine, fruity, spicy, slightly minty nose. Caressing on the attack, meticulous in the middle of the palate, with the tactile grace inferred by botrytis, the wine evolves spicy, towards a long, complex and airy finish. Very nice return of orange peel in the persistence. It is very good. 100% semillon.
