Aromatic, rich and and concentrated with aromas of ripe blackcurrant, blackberry, and delicate undertones of vanilla and cedar, or notes of black fruits, spices, and cedar. On the palate, it is medium-bodied with concentrated dark fruit flavours, revealing notes of strawberry, fleshy plum, cassis, and sweet spices. Classic style with fine-grained, smooth tannins. The finish is long and fruity. Pair with grilled ribeye steak or lamb chops.
