A wonderful winery on the hills in Languedoc where the vines thrive in boulder covered soils. Flora, spicey and toasty aromas with ripe black berries mixed in. A rich palate that’s full-bodied with balance and finesse. Good intensity and aromatic complexity with notes of liquorice, mint, blackcurrant and blackberry… The structure is supported by fine and generous tannins. The finish is lingering and smooth.
