This dark-fruited, peppery red is made from hand-harvested fruit from younger vines. You will love the purity of the fruit and distinctive minerality of this gen. Aged in used DRC barrels(iconic winery!), it’s an elegant, earthy red.

Pairing: roast chicken, duck, lamb and game.
