DAS JUICE ROSE

Das Juice face smacking summer goodness has finally arrived. This refreshingly acidic, bright and rich pink fruit juice is 100% Sangiovese from McLaren Vale. Picked early to maintain all round freshness followed by a whole bunch press to tank where it undertook a slow wild fermentation. The wine is kept in tank on full lees for 6 months to build texture.
