Syrah, Malbec

Mendoza, Argentina

A blend of equal parts Malbec and Syrah, this fresh and fruit-forward dry red is aged entirely in concrete eggs to allow the grapes to speak for themselves. The vineyards are at higher altitude with sandy soils in the Uco Valley in Argentina.  Rich notes of plum, cocoa, & blackberry with a bit of pepper and spice.

Pairings: grilled meats, especiall with chimichurri, roasted chicken, and pork milanese.
