DOMAINE DE LA PERRIERE AMARANTHE

This lovely Cabernet Franc from Chinon is made in a more approachable and fruit forward style. The nose shows a bight light red berry backed up by violets, raspberry and some pepper spice. The palate is moderate with light spice and good floral notes and some cherry and raspberry fruits.
