A rich and bold red made from 40-year-old, organically grown vines. Notes of coffee, fresh plums, candied raspberry, smoke, dark chocolate and herbs with a structured and spicy finish. The Grenache noir, a vigorous grape variety perfectly adapted to the terroirs of the region brings all its character to the wine, not its power and generosity. The Syrah brings its fruit and spices and the Carignan gives structure to the whole.
Pairings: grilled meats, charcuterie, braised beef, game, duck breast deglazed with raspberry vinegar, but also with soft cheeses such as Brie de Meaux or Époisses, or even a chocolate and red fruit dessert dishes.
