Certified organic. Pale, bright and refreshing with intense aromatics of red fruits such as raspberry and cherry, with subtle floral, citrus and tart notes adding dimension and complexity. Refreshing, the wine offers a nice acidity with notes of sour candy and citrus, leaving a pleasant and invigorating impression. This rosé is perfect as an apperitif to accompany a variety of dishes, including light salads, grilled fish or chicken, or vegetarian dishes.
