DOMAINE OF THE BEE BEE-SIDE GRENACHE

Grape: Grenache
Place: Languedoc/Roussilon, France

A lovely red with a harmonious blend that’s savoury and rich with notes of ripe cherry, raspberry with a touch of southern France herbs. A hint of vanilla oak is evident from one new oak barrel out of 4 barrels used. A highly drinkable red, especially if served lightly chilled.
Around 50% of the barrels were fermented with ‘whole bunches’, and the rest were destemmed.

Pairing: saussices catalan or robust pasta dishes. Or anything really.
