DOMAINE OF THE BEE FIELD OF THE BEE
Grapes: Grenache Gris and Grenache Blanc (with a little bit of Roussanne)
Place: Langhe, Italy
Made from several parcels of ancient vines, some of them over 100 years old. Notes of pears, fresh pineapple – and a very subtle note of creamy oak creating a full and rich palate with enough bright citric acidity to make sure it stays refreshing all the way to a saline and mineral finish.

Pairing: chicken, grilled pork and rich seafood dishes or just some salted almonds and charcuterie.
