ERIC TEXIER ‘ADELE’ COTES DU RHONE BLANC

The name of this wine is from the French fantasy film, The Extraordinary Adventures of Adele Blanc-Sec. Made with Clairette from the original vines planted over 70 years ago in Saint-Julien. A perfect cool weather wine to pair with heartier fare with a full-bodied palate weight balanced with aromas of sweet apples, lemon curd, peach intertwined with hay, minerality and dried herbs. Lovely and easy.
