Fermented in concrete. Aging in used French oak barrels. Gen de Alma is a project created in 2011, between 5 friends, as a winery that emerged with the objective of producing high quality wines, with minimal interventions.
Highly acclaimed, bold, organic red loaded with fresh black fruits, floral and mineral notes. The palate is intense with lovely balance of acidity, soft tannins and a long finish. Decant for 30 minutes to enjoy now or hold for 6-8 years.
Pairings: strong flavored cheeses, pasta and roasted vegetables.
