The Grant Burge winemaking team carefully blend vibrant, flavour packed parcels of premium Barossa wine to create a Cabernet Sauvignon so bold and dark in colour, it’s almost ink.

The Barossa Ink Cabernet Sauvignon shows a bouquet rich with blackcurrant, mint and dark chocolate. The textural palate has fine tannins, and excellent persistence with intense chocolate and berry flavours. A deeply coloured wine with great depth and varietal definition.
