I’m deeply convinced that the future of red wine lies—at least partly—in light reds. The kind you can chill. The kind that tastes like vibrant berry cordial, with juicy acidity dancing on your palate. This one’s made from two-thirds Kékfrankos, whole-cluster pressed, gently settled, then fermented like a rosé—though with a touch of whole berries and stems for complexity. The rest? One-third Kadarka, of course.
