This 100%Cabernet Sauvignon comes from an ancient alluvial soils, clay and limestone, from Languedoc. Ripe and interesting, vinified and raised by Jeff Carrel. Loads of black fruits – blackcurrant, blackberry, blueberry, sweet spices

The mouth is slender, stretched by a fine inflexible acidity, but wrapped by a round, velvety, charming material. Aromatic combines cream of blackberry with toasted spices and vanilla

The finish is tonic, with a substance that is still gaining concentration and tannins more apparent. Harmonious coherent, well balanced
