Founded 130 years ago, La Celia is the oldest winery in the Uco Valley, Mendoza, Argentina. It was the first winery in the region to plant the Malbec variety, which is currently the country’s signature worldwide. Today, the tradition lives on in their wines, which express a terroir that is unique to the world.
La Celia Pioneer Cabernet Sauvignon is garnet red with deep ruby highlights, with outstanding aromas, such as black cherry and spicy and red flowers. For its aging in oak, there are outstanding spicy and toasted notes. Very good structure, with good concentration and softness in the mouth. Ideal for drinking with the meat of wild boar and a table of ripe and smoked cheeses. Serve at 16°C
