LA MIRANDA DE SECASTILLA GARNACHA

Grapes: Garnacha –with Syrah and the Parraleta (native to region).
Place: Somontano, Spain
A very friendly red thats loaded with summer black fruits, ripe plums, violets and some soft touches of toasted oak and sweet liquorice from spending 8 months ageing in wood. Elegant expression on the palate with an explosion of flavours, velvety with a clean finish.

Pairing: One of our favourite wines to pair with burgers and tacos! As well as patio parties, bbq red meat, roasts, oily fish, medium cheese – served at 14-16ºC.
