MALOOF WAX ON WAX SOIF RED

Grapes: 52% Syrah/18% Grenache/15% Viognier/15% Marsanne
Place: Willamette, Oregon, USA

Hand harvested from the organically farmed Steelhead Run Vineyard in Applegate Valley AVA. Co-fermented on the skins for 7 days with daily punchdowns before being pressed off and moved to stainless steel. “Light bodied red for your late summer blues. Bright and fresh, full of wild raspberries and white pepper. This is the sole red wine we make, and we still managed to throw 15% white fruit in it.”
