Under the umbrella “Mathilde Chapoutier Sélection” are grouped cuvées inspired by the flair of the daughter of Michel and Corinne Chapoutier, an essential name that radiates far beyond the Rhone Valley. Coming from the Languedoc, this wine reveals under its dark color an aromatic palette opening on liquorice and blackberry. It adds floral and spicy notes to a fleshy palate.
