Intense, rich, celestial, with notes of cooked red fruit, reminders of black cherry, plum, currant, myrtle, dried flowers and spices as liquorice root, vanilla, black pepper and tobacco.

Taste: it shows its generosity with a great intensity, dry and very warm, soft, fairly fresh, good tannins and sapidity, great and complex smell-taste persistency.

Food matching: grilled and baked lamb, aged pecorino cheese, goat and sheep meat of the abruzzese cuisine.
