OLD PAROCHIAL BARREL AGED

The Bothy code decrees that one should break bread and share whiskey around the fire with fellow visitors. In that spirit, Tempest made this beer, an Imperial Scotch ale aged in Single Malt casks from Speyside. Everything about this year’s vintage is exactly how it should be with hints of caramel, fruitcake, and the lingering hum of the finest whiskey. Time to raise a can to the wilds of Scotland and the art of barrel-ageing.
