Tasting notes: Purple-red, violet, vinous and complex aroma of wild strawberries and cherries, floral and spicy. Full-bodied in the mouth, fresh acidity, pleasant both in the early years and at maturity. A wine for the whole meal, it goes well with pasta, soups and flans; ideal in the kitchen for the preparation of sauces and meat stews.
