QUINTA DA BOAVISTA TRETAS TINTO

This wine is a medium ruby in the glass. The nose is fierce upon opening but quickly settles
into something joyous and comforting. It has aromas of red cherry, wild raspberry, gunpowder, cured meats, clove, and garrigue. The palate is zesty and energic with sneaky tannins and refreshing acidity. It has a gorgeous pastoral edge to it, not fully domesticated. On the palate you’ll find classic granitic minerality and flavours of red plum skins, chrysanthemum flowers, red apple,and fir.
