Aromas of beeswax, yellow wild flower, stone fruit and honey form the delicate nose, along with the barest whiff of petrol. Smooth, enveloping and savory, the palate offers mature apricot, yellow peach, lemon zest and honeyed nut before a saline finish. Fresh acidity lifts the finish.
