Our Poiré – Le Vertueux is considered one of the finest perry ciders available on the market. This cider is made using traditional pressing and fermentation methods.

The pears are carefully selected from the Normandy pear trees to guarantee the quality of the pear juice used. This juice is then bottled for a natural fermentation of the juice, which gives this perry cider a unique sparkle.

This perry is made from 12 varieties of pear, mainly plant de blanc, Vinot, Antricotin and belle-verge mostly from century-old pear trees.

This perry is delicate and refined, distinguished in particular by the finesse of its bubbles, the purity of its aromas and its tangy finish, which subtly balances the natural sweetness of the pear. Perfect as an aperitif, it also goes well with shellfish, fish and chocolate desserts. This sparkling beverage is also ideal with crêpes, especially at Chandeleur.
