SPRINGFIELD ESTATE MISS LUCY WHITE BLEND

Miss Lucy is one of the seven nicknames given to the Red Stumpnoseby the fishermen of the Southern Cape. The results of this unique blend (Sauvignon Blanc, Semillon, Pinot Gris and Sauvignon Gris) bursts with citrus pamplemousse flavours and an ample mouth feel, yet remarkably moderate in alcohol – the perfect parent to a seafood feast on a salty, breezy, sunny day.

This unique blend of 58% sauvignon blanc, 24% semillon and 18% pinot gris is bursting with citrus, pink grapefruit and lime flavors and an ample mouthfeel. The sauvignon blanc was aged in wooden casks giving the wine its special complexity.
