Natural, organic, medium to full-bodied Cotes du Rhone. Concentrated notes of black cherry, raspberry and blackberry with complex nuances of savoury, spices, garrigue, florals and kirsch. Juicy, smooth yet elegant with soft tannins, juicy acidity and a long savoury, mineral finish.
While the whole family is involved with its farming and winemaking, Isabelle Sabon is heading up this new project. Antonin Châteauneuf-du-Pape.
Pairings: grilled lamb chops with zucchini and peppers, or beef burgers with blue cheese and grilled onions
