From the historic Tenuta Villanova, founded in 1499, this Ribolla Gialla beautifully expresses the character of Friuli’s vineyards. Grown on rolled pebble and clay-limestone soils, the wine is light-bodied with crisp acidity. Aromas of white flowers, green apple, and hints of pear, followed by a palate that is refreshing yet layered, featuring notes of citrus zest, baked apple, and subtle minerality. Stainless steel aging preserves its vibrant character, making it a versatile fall pairing with roasted butternut squash, creamy risottos, baked fish with herbs, or mild cheeses.
